One thing I noticed was that by default WOBuilder seems to have a preference
set for retrieving images and other remote things by default. It seems to
come into play when you use qualified URLs for WOImages and other custom
components. When I turned off the preference "Fetch remote URL data via
HTTP" under the General preferences and restarted WOBuilder - it came back
to life and was a lot more usable (at least a lot better) than before.
