Try this then it's from
http://www.tetlabors.de/wo/setup_webobjects_on_windows.html.  A great
resource if you're working with WO on windows.

	 	openexec (openexec):
  This service starts the Openbase database engine and provides several
sample databases. If you don't want to use OpenBase, you can save
memory by setting the startup type to  'Manual' which prevents this
service from starting automatically. To get rid of the Openbase
processes that are running at the moment, you can either reboot or kill
  all relevant processes using the 'kill' tool (included in the
supporting files package). Open a shell and enter:
  kill OpenBase.exe

  kill pgroup.exe

  kill databackup.exe

  kill openinfo.exe
