I don't know about them, but maybe you also want to check out
http://www.xrackhosting.com.
I don't have personal business experience with them (except that I once
wrote them an email and got an instant reply) and I also don't know if
they can help out with WO, but in the past I have been following their
forum (it is currently closed) and they have been very friendly,
helpful and responsive.
Just a thought...
