Thanks for your feedback...
Note: There should have been only one copy of my signature in my
message. My SMTP server was acting up today and it took several
attempts to send the message before it went out. It looks like Mail.app
/ MailEnhancer inadvertently appended my signature to the bottom of my
message during every attempt.

Yes.
I've found Webobjects builder, well, quite limited when it comes to
developing complex HTML pages and displaying CSS styled content.
It generates HTML 3.2 content, what do you expect? That hasn't been a
current standard in 6-1/2 years and it didn't support style sheets.
I think most people use other tools for generating content.
I typically use DreamWeaver not for its GUI features, but for its
no-hassle validation and better display of what CSS tags apply to what
section.
PS -- your signature is out of spec.
