Problem with file upload

Hi,
I've seen different thread about file upload, but I still can't understand what's happening here:
As far as I know, it seems that you cannot upload a folder (you have to create a file first, like .tar), and some files are just bundles and they are supposed to be handled as folders.
But here, I'm trying to upload a .woa bundle directly, and I don't get an exception as "it's a folder", everything seems to work correctly but I end up with a 100bits file...
What I'd like to do is to allow users to upload .woa bundle directly, is this possible with HTTPUpload? or how would you do that? I think it will be the same for .app bundle and other.
Sorry if this has already been answered, I just couldn't find it.

Thanks

Xavier
