WOLongResponsePage and download

Hi all,

I have to make a large pdf-file, so I made use of WOLongResponsePage. After making the pdf-file, I want to download the pdf to the user and return to the original page. I've tried to use a WOMetaRefresh but that only works with WOComponent and I have to use a WOActionResults to get the file to the user. How can I do this?
