I do not have this problem with WOBuilder - but I most certainly have
this problem with EOModeler and Subversion. The problem is EOModeler
'saves' changes to an EOModel 'file' by creating a new folder with the
same name and copying all the files that it is interested in to the
new folder. Unfortunately, it doesn't bother to copy the .svn or .cvs
stuff.
I haven't had this problem with EOModeler since the mid-90's (at least
with CVS admin directories).
I just added a file named "foo" to an eomodeld directory, opened the
eomodel in EOModeler, saved the eomodel which created a *.eomodeld~
directory in addition to the *.eomodeld directory. The "foo" file was
still in the *.eomodeld directory. So CVS admin directories aren't
being special cased.
I don't have an explanation for your observation.
