Hunter,

As part of a U.S. Department of Education grant that we were awarded a
few years back, we have developed a system that is built around creating
course Web sites. It is not full on CMS, but it does file upload, and
using xslt, the creation of course web sites. We use kerberos for
authentication and publish to a dce file system using perl scripts that
are executed by the WO application, though it can publish to local or
mounted file systems, fully configurable.
