Help! EOModler doesnt start

hi,
i use win2k, WO 5.2.2
yesterday i thought maybe is not bad idea to update to 5.2.3.

i did (unfortuantely).
and know Eclipse/WOLips are working fine.
but the EOModler and  WO Builder dont start up.
any help please?
