Project for testing, D2W question

Hey, I want to thank everyone for helping me get through my first WebObjects project. There are always tweaks, but a presentable version of the site is up for inspection by management before going puplic. I'll send anyone interested a link with a sample account name and password.

The scope of Java classes and variables is still over my head but I'm getting quicker at trial and error. For instance, I implemented a WOLongResponsePage for the first time in about five minutes (luck mostly). I still can't read the class documentation, I really wish I could do that.

So far the site is read only, so I'm going to do an editable page next, maybe migrate the quality documentation application to come up for employees that log in. That should be fairly easy, and since there is no project, I'll be under no pressure ;-)

For anyone that has followed my tale of desperation and stupidity, I am curious. I want to try direct to web now,
what do you think? No rush this time, but I don't want to head into another huge learning curve right away. I tried it out today and it seems cool, but glitchy. Is that to be expected or is there a way to get it to run better? The assistant froze on me four times in a row while trying to name a template I wanted to generate. Also, I can't seem to find a list of keys and such for rules. Am I supposed to just know the keys? Maybe I'm missing it but a reference list would help me so I looked for one but didn't find one.

Thank you all,

Justin Tocci
