Manu,
I would expect that everyone here who has used the synchronise feature
in EOM has come across this error. Don't know what causes it. Sometime
you can narrow down the specific offending entities by selecting a few
at a time and saying synchronise.
Occasionally (for me anyway) it is caused by pk fields being int rather
than long long, or not matching the database column format exactly.
Other times it just does it because it wants to. I've *mostly* given up
on using it.
