I have this problem as well. Everything works fine until a Window PB.project file appears in a project directory, then WOB completely loses contact with the correct directory paths.

I could remove them but I'm always afraid of accidentally cvs removing them .. which would really irritate my co-workers. Has anyone worked around this?

Well, I think I have solved this (naturally, just after I posted :-( ).

My home directory (where the projects were being constructed) was also on a different partition (with a symbolic link from /Users).

In Netinfo I had the home property as /User/ashley

Changing that to the home property as /Volume/.../.../ashley fixed it all up.

Now I previously had this value for the home property but changed it recently (and hence the appearance of this bug).

So now I have to remember why I changed it ... or wait for another bug to appear somewhere :-(.

Also, it was strange how the bug was only present when the project was first created, but went away if the project was closed and opened again.

I wish, generally speaking, that MacOSX and tools were much more tolerant to symbolic links and moving content to other partitions etc.

Cheers,
Ashley.
