Eclipse and WOBuilder

I've been fiddling with Eclipse, including WOLips, considering switching from XCode. When I create a new project and then launch WOBuilder from within Eclipse I can't see any of the keys or actions in my components (session, application, my own keys, etc.). In fact WOBuilder tells me it can't find the project. I get the impression from the WOLips documentation that I shouldn't be having this problem.

Anybody able to tell me if I've got something wrong?
