NetStruxr's ERDirectToWeb framework

I'm reading WebObject 5 for Java book and on page 297 it refers to some D2W framework.
I tried to access their website (http://www.netstruxr.com) but it's unavailable.

The book mentioned they have 4.5 version and 5.0 was underway.
Wondering if it was ever done.
