I have Apache 1.3 as my public webserver, and use a redirect directive in the httpd.conf:

Redirect /whatever/ http://www.myserver.com:81/cgi-bin/WebObjects.exe/myapp

so when people hit http://www.myserver.com/whatever/ they are redirected to the WO app. Redirecting the '/' path works as well.

This might apply to your situation or it might not depending on your setup.

Hi,

I wanted users to access my web objects application(http://<my ip address>/cgi-bi/WebObjects/xxx.woa) when they give just http://<my ip address>. Presently this is displaying me the index.html file. So how can I change this default page.

Thank you

Regards,
