Split installation in xcode

Hi,
Can somebody tell me how to do split insatllation of a project which is of type *.xcode.
I do not have a *.pbproj and when i am doing

pbxbuild install -buildstyle Deployment DSTROOT=/
pbxbuild install -buildstyle WebServer DSTROOT=/

It throws an error that the pbproj does not exist. Are there any sepearte commands for xcode projects
