Not sure about JFreeChart as a separate application, We integrated
CEWolf/JFreeChart into our Servlet deployed web app and didn't have to do
anything except register the CEWolf Servlet so it would start at runtime.
One thing I did notice is that you need to have an X window running on your
deployed server (Linux/Unix) or use the Java 1.4 with the headless operation
set.
