My e-mail was poorly written. Apologies for that. It's causing everyone to
focus on the two HEADs question.
What I'm really interested in are best practices for dynamic HEAD content
when using a WOComponentContent-based page wrapper. So, for example,
dynamic page META content, style sheets, etc.
