It should work fine in a framework. Since even after you moved it to
the app, it still didn't work, that suggests that it's probably got
nothing to do with framework/app, so I'd put it back in the framework.
Still don't know why it's not finding it though. I suspect something
wrong your app is doing (or perhaps your app wasn't built properly,
somehow), rather than a bug in WO. But I'm not sure what.
"Added it to all targets" is wrong though; don't know if that would
cause this problem, but EOModels should only be in the "Application
Server" target. In fact, just about everything should only be in the
"Application Server" target. Web Server Resources, and things needed
by Java Client if you're using it, need to be in the "Web Server"
target. JAR files included for merging, if you have any, need to be
in the "main" target. Everything else goes in the "Application
Server" target and nothing else. [Damn those confusing targets].
But I don't know if this could cause your problem or not.

Originally the eomodel was in a framework (and the display group
assistant didn't find it). I copied it to the application, in the
resources folder, added it to all targets.
Still no model in the EOModel default group.
System.out.println(EOModelGroup.defaultGroup()); answers:
There are no models in the current EOModelGroup.
Has someone come across this situation and do you think I should submit
a bug report.
