Been searching for weeks for an answer to this.

Took this from http://www.davehendler.com/ie5faq/:

For my virtual host I added this line:
SSLProtocol all -SSLv3

And changed my cipher suite to this:
SSLCipherSuite
!EXP1024-RC4-SHA:!EXP1024-DES-CBC-SHA:ALL:!ADH:!EXP56:RC4+RSA:+HIGH:+MEDIUM:
+LOW:+SSLv2:+EXP:+eNULL

And now it works.

One major admin problem solved :-)
