Hi!
I have recently uploaded to my site code snippets that should make writing custom qualifiers a little easier by providing default implementations for some required methods as well as utility methods for custom implementations.
The code includes support for writing qualifiers that rely on nested queries. This is done by a moderatly ugly hack where the subquery is generated independantly. Table aliases are subsequently replaced to prevent conflicts.
Actual uses of this code may be found in custom qualifiers also available from my web site. These will be subject to separate announcements.
