FW: Project Builder's main window not showing source code files etc

Can anybody help me here please?  I am unable to open the project files via project builder.  I think the project indexing is not done at the time the project opens up.  Does any one know how to enable project indexing automatically? When I try to open the project briefcase, it gives me this error:

NSConcreteMutableDictionary SetObject:forkey:]:attempt to insert null value.

And also my project builder keeps on crashing and I have to reboot the machine every time I want to open the project.

Can anybody help me out to get this Project Builder issue resolved?  I created a Direct2Web project using the project builder and lauch it successfully.  All the components (source code files, web resources etc) were shown in the project builder's main window.  When I open the project again, the project builder's main window doesn't show these components anymore.  It shows only a blank screen.   What is causing the project builder to disappear these files from the main window?
