Solution is to remove line 145.
Even better would be to remove it from the source file, which is:
/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/WebObjects
Support/ServletEnv_web.xml
Xcode 1.1 didn't have this problem.

By doing that this issue might be fixed in a comming release of WO.
Actually, I already did ... last night. Forgot to note the radar
number, though, and it seems to be down at the moment.
