Thanks for the suggestions. I have spent the evening searching for a solution with no luck.

The last one I had found related to performing a "SELECT fieldName "fieldName" WHERE.... in order to force the proper case when returned. Unfortunately this does nothing to solve the problem under WO 5.2.3, MySQL 4.1.7 and Connector/J 3.0.15

Anyone have any other ideas of how to resolve this issue?

It is a bug in WO. There is a rather simple fix, but I don't recall it off hand. Check Google/wocode/wodev.
