Well, there is this cool technology called Cascading Style Sheets. :0)
Take a look in the HTML you posted, near the top:
<link href="stylesheet.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
I get a 404 from this URL:
http://smartleadsusa.dyndns.biz/stylesheet.css
Me thinks that may be at least part of your problem.
