Changing the order of stringQualifierOperators array

We have are using a WODisplayGroup in a component with a pull down list of stringQualifierOperators. The set array of the qualifiers presents the first choice in the pull down list as "starts with" and my client would like it to read "contains" instead. Is there a way to change the order of the items displayed in the pull down (i.e. in the array) or to set the default value to "contains"?
