Urgent ! help

Hi All,
I am getting an error whenever i am changing a particular field in drop down.

Error:
 java.lang.IllegalStateException:  No form data left for WOFileUpload!

 Reason:
 <com.webobjects.appserver._private.WOFileUpload> No form data left for WOFileUpload!

Any Pointers why and when this error occurs will be very helpful.
