Hi Mike,
Have you tried using ERJavaMail from Project Wonder? WOMailDelivery is
frightfully buggy and this is a perfect case where Wonder may be of
help!

Hi all,
Has anybody ever used WO to e-mail PDF files that were generated as
HTML components? We use the apache XSLT/FO stuff to generate PDF
files for invoices via a web interface but would like to be able to
e-mail them.
E-mailing them with WOMailDeliver and composeComponentEmail ends up
sending files that the mail clients don't recognize and even when
saved to disk are unopenable.
Thanks,
- mike
