Bill,
Your problem might be DNS related. JavaMonitor (and WO in general) is
quite fussy about being able to resolve your WO application host's IP
addresses and hostnames via DNS in deployment. Make sure you can
resolve hostname to IP address and IP address to hostname, otherwise
you might get lots of 'application not found' or 'instance not
available' messages. HTH.

Mark

I'm eager to see a response to this one. I'm getting the same problem
on a
machine whose IP just got changed.
I'm taking the very long route of rebuilding the Mac from scratch on
it's
new IP address to see if I can get it to resurrect.

Hello All,
I am new to the list so my exuses if this topic has
been addressed recently. I am running WebObjects 5
with Apache on MacOSX. I am deploying a new
application and have successfully started up my sites,
adaptors, Monitor, wotaskd, and application instances
using most all defaults. According to the monitor my
instances are running, and this also shows up in
WOConfig.xml; however, in the WOAdaptorInfo page it
does NOT appear and when I try to access the
application whether direct connet or via the adaptor I
get:
The requested application was not found on this
server.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
