Dennis,
We have accounting and product & services frameworks as part of our
essentialBusiness package (soon to be announces on our web site).
The accounting framework is full transaction based GL, and supports
among others also production of statements, financial reports, billing
and invoicing, direct debit transactions, and imports and exports for
clearing houses.
It is used by major dutch banks and credit card companies, as well as
mobile and VoIP operators. The reason this information is not public
yet is that we are overloaded with orders - we do not have time even to
update our website. But in november few new developers will start with
us and I hope this will change. Also after almost 9 months of very
intensive testing and checking for compliance with the tax authorities
we feel we are close to release version 2 of the product.
For US and Canada the product is sold, supported, and customized by the
nice folks from Effective Software <http://www.effective-software.com/>
regards
gt

Hi colleagues,
Has anybody developed a generic accounting (GL) system in WebObjects.
We are looking for one to integrate with our 1TRACKER solution to make
it more complete at the request of several customers.
Please let me know if you have developed, or you know someone who has
developed something like this.
Yours sincerely,
