Has anyone ever done a WO project that has no DB back end and only
collects data through a Web form and then emails that data in a formatted
email upon submission?

Basically, the same functionality as is in Matthew M. Wright's FormMail
Perl script <http://www.scriptarchive.com/>.

I just done that. Does the data is coming from an another app/static page ?

And I strongly suggest to use ERJavaMail, WOMailDelivery is limited and the combinaison of a HTML-only email and bad headers make that emails constructed by WOMailDelivery is marked as probable SPAM by SpamAssassin.
