install WO on multiple OS problem

HI,
Has someone got this problem before?
I installed two OSs on my machine, XP in C and Win2K on D:. Then I
installed WO on D:.
Everything is fine, but when I compile and run my WO application.
I got this error messge;
Error: could not open `C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1_08\lib\jvm.cfg'
I fixed this problem with copy all "D:\Program
Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1_08\" and past to C:\Program
Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1_08\.
But I want to know which code or rule call this and how to link it to my
D:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1_08\
Who can help me?
