I recently experienced the problem of EOModeler not copying over Subversion's .svn folder in EOModels when it saves, causing lots of extra work (and accidentally erased models!) when checking in changes. So, I've written a patch for EOModeler to solve the problem. You can download a copy at <http://commons.ucalgary.ca/~king/eomsvn/>. Enjoy!
