Sorting question

Hello I have a set of key/values that I wish to sort descending by value.

What is the best way to do this? TreeMaps don't work because the value
could be duplicated if I used it as the key.

Is there a standard WebObjects way? Or, do I need to create a new object, make a set of them into a collection with a comparator?
