CSS AND D2W!!!

Ok, everyone on this list knows I'm an idiot so I've got nothing further to lose.

I figured out what CSS is for this week so now much freezing and template-ing in my *fourth* iteration of my first D2W application has become obsolete. Every time I start over I rebuild it in half the time. Which is great, in a way. And an incredible waste of time as well.

I own every WebObjects book ever printed and don't recall CSS ever being mentioned together with D2W. That's pretty lame. It would appear to me now that D2W is really only usable in concert with CSS unless you happen to like the stock design. Unfortunately, I learned HTML years ago from a book that didn't go into CSS and I didn't realize how trivial it was to learn until last night.

So now everyone knows why I haven't been asking questions lately. I've been writing code very slowly, and then all at once deleting very large sections of it. Grrrr...
