I have read through the following link and tried the way suggested. It
boils down to that if accessing the application via HTTP, IE in
WindowXP can display the PDF page, but if accessing via HTTPS, the
error I mentioned below still occurred.

Hi, All:
I am a WebObjects Application Developer, working on MAC OSX. Recently
we used ReportMill to create PDF report for specific objects. Users
will access our application via HTTPS and when they click 'Create
Report' Button, a RMPDFPage will be returned, which contains the
content of the object(s) they chose. There was no problem on MAC to
display the PDF page through IE. But when I accessed the application
through IE in WindowXP and clicked same button, a popup window with
the title 'File Download - Security Warning' showed up, when I click
'Save' or 'Open' button on this popup window, another popup window
showed up and said 'Internet Explorer cannot download 6.1 from
https://sitename. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet
site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.
Please try again later.'
I was trying many ways to fix it but I failed. I need help. Any kind
of
thoughts and solutions are welcome.
Thanks in advance!
Helen
