WOFileUpload not working in XCode

Hi, I've searched Omni and Google for answers on this but couldn't find anything relevant. Anyone know why a WOFileUpload might work without a problem from JavaMonitor but when run from XCode not work? When running from XCode it fails silently and simply doesn't put any data into my NSData variable. Like I said, it works like a charm under JavaMonitor so usual suspects like enctype on the form and the such shouldn't be impacting the situation. Also, I have turned off DirectConnect from my property file.
