Hey, I'm from rural (think green fields, forests, lakes, lot of rocks, hills, dial-up modem internet, 3 TV channels, no cable TV, small 20-acre farmers and few houses) Ireland and I can drive a tractor, a motocross bike and WebObjects! ;-)
