Error WebObjects Builder after changed to UTF8Encoding

When I try to open a component (partial component) from my project I
get the following message
(but I can open a full component !)
the first time

Open Document
Failed to open document : /Users/.../Myproject/Main.wo
Invalid argument
----
If I try again, I get :
----
Open Document
Failed to open document : /Users/.../Myproject/Main.wo
No such file or directoryt
----
the component is there... the only thing I changed recently is in my
.woo files
changing the encoding = NSUTF8StringEncoding;
I did not change anything in the File Templates/Webobjects/
directory.... as stated in Chapter 8 of PWO
is it mandatory to change the component template ?
I don't think so ...
