close WOBuilder nad xcode. open only xcode. remove the folder "build"
completely from your project (some manual cleanup).
Try removing the image from the project. rename the image-file and then
readd it only to webserver-target (relative to project). this would bring
you on the safe side that xcode does not mix up things here.
now open your WOComponent in WOBuilder and change the image name of the
bindings. recompile. it should work now... aside from that you disabled
rapid turnaround mode in any way.

p.s.: i sometime have this problem if WOBuilder and xcode get out of sync.
also browser-caching is you enemy regarding images and other resources. (at
least if you develop with your app starting always on the same port)
