can't open projects in Xcode

can't open my WO projects today. Mac OS X 10.4.2 / Xcode V1.1 / WO
5.2.4. i haven't installed any updates to the system in a couple
weeks. first this was happening only in one project. i tried
opening another project and i'm getting the same error. i'm afraid
to try opening another project.
