hi, while i have no idea to get the passwords, i would suppose that they are
not available in cleartext for a good reason. ;-)
i would check the manual/config of your ladap-service how the thing stores
passwords. i suppose they are e.g. md5 or sha-1 hashed, so you could never
get the password, but instead create from some input a hashvalue of those
two kinds and compare these values against the one stored in your
ldap-server.
