Hi all,
I figured this out. I put my Properties file in WEB-INF/classes and I
can then load it with the class loader using
Application.class.getClassLoader().getResource("Properties").

Properties file gets read when run in Tomcat 3.3.2, but not in 4.1.31.
I am using System.getProperty() to get my properties which I have
fully qualified with the package name. Maybe this is not the way to do
this with Tomcat >= 4.x. I have also renamed the file to
Properties.properties and Properties.xml, and even put them into the
WEB-INF/classes directory and it still does not work (just shooting in
the dark at this point).
Any insight into how I can go about debugging this problem?
This is on 10.3.9 client (my dev machine).
