Are you certain that it is not already there? From the docs you
link, "If you are creating a new Mac OS X WebObjects 5.2.4 deployment
system, all you need to do is install Mac OS X Server 10.4." As WO
comes with the server, a 10.4 install should install 5.2.4 as a
matter of course.
Try this:
cat /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaWebObjects.framework/Resources/
version.plist
WO 5.2.4 look like this:
