Get it while its hot!
What's new in this version:
- Added Apache Commons DBCP jars
- Added Lucerne jar
- Added alternate ANT install method (for standalone development use)
- Added standalone ANT_HOME declaration for standalone installs
- Added additional ANT subfolders for installing within Tomcat dirs ("bin" and "etc" folders)
- Updated some permissions issues
- Some bugfixes
- Updated uninstaller
