Avoid piracy of WO app

Hi List !

I would like to ask people with experience in WO apps how you "secure" your WO apps.
We plan to deploy our software on some companies' intranet.

I know that Java code can be easily decompiled.
But it seems that it is almost impossible to obfuscate WO code.... : http://lists.apple.com/archives/webobjects-dev/2003/Mar/msg00407.html

So let's hope that people just want to copy our software and not copy our line codes...
The only security that remains (excepted lawyers) seems to be a serial number or a dongle.

How do experienced WO developers solve that issue?
Are there other ways to protect our software?
Can you tell me more about your experience?

Fabrice

PS : we might outsource this issue, so if anyone is interested.... please contact me
