Anyone with postgresql exprerience willing to help point me in the right direction. I have no interest in discussing changing databases.

You need to set up EOModeller to talk to your database. You need a username and password and a database url of the form "jdbc:postgresql://<host>:<port>/<schema>". You put those into eomodeller where it says Model->Set Adapter Info... Then you can reverse engineer your database and away you go.

You could also use some plug-ins either from hexdreams or project wonder but the above should work without those. The plug-ins help paper over the difference between what EOMOdeller expects and what real databases provide.
