Accessing AIM from WO

  • Subject: Accessing AIM from WO

Hi All,

Would it be realistic to build an application that allows people to
remotely connect to AIM via a WOApp? I am thinking it would involve
using the jaim or joscar libraries, which provide Java access to
AIM/OSCAR protocols... If such a setup would probably be unable to
handle more than a handful of connections, then it's probably not
worth it ... but if it can scale with WO (as I am thinking it should),
then I've found a solution.
