Yes -- it just takes a text editor (there's no GUI IDE for ASP on
Mac OS X, to the best of my knowledge).

You can host them there, too (though not in WO, so far as I know).

To avoid sales-pitch potentials, I'll just suggest pinging me
off-list, and/or visiting my employer's website.  The product
that matters here is OpenLink Virtuoso, in combination with the
Mono CLR project, from Ximian/Novell.
