Did you use Apple's included WO Deployment or did you install WO Deployment from the WO CD's?

The issue we are seeing is an 1 or 6 application refuses to start. No errors. No debugging log. But it starts fine from the command line.

So I am considering reinstalling WO as included from the CD's to see if this resolves the issue.
